C Floating is a small app that lets you use a traditional windows system on your Android device, just like the ones you know and love from working on PC or Mac.
From the main window of C Floating, users can choose exactly which windows they want to have active. Some of the most useful (and simple) ones are small windows that show you your device's CPU usage, its temperature, and how much internet you're using. Of course, you can also use windows for your traditional apps as well.
The way C Floating works is very simple: once you activate one of these windows, it will appear as a small bubble that moves freely across the screen. When you touch the bubble, it will open on the screen without replacing the app you have open at the time, acting as though it were an ordinary window.
C Floating is a useful tool that allows you to convert your traditional Android operating system into completely customizable multitasking environment.
